The Products screen decides how sellers add products, whether you approve them first, and how the seller product form looks.

Go to Configure >> Marketplace >> Products.

Approval & Creation

Setting	What it does
Approval Required	New seller products wait for your approval before they can be sold. This covers products sellers create, existing products they sell, and products they import. When off, they are approved as soon as the seller submits them.
Seller Can Create Product	Lets sellers create their own products, one at a time or with bulk upload.
Seller Can Assign Product	Lets sellers sell products that are already in your catalog, at their own price and stock.

Setting	What it does
Enable Stepped Product Form	Shows sellers the product form as guided steps instead of one long page.
Stepped Form Navigation	How sellers move between steps: Horizontal Tabs or Vertical Rail.
Show Progress Bar	Shows a Listing Completeness bar on the seller's product edit page.

These are the defaults for every attribute family. To give one family a different layout or step order, see Product Form Layout.

Setting	What it does
Low Stock Threshold	A simple or virtual product that manages its stock counts as low on stock on the seller's dashboard when its total stock is at or below this number. It is 10 until this screen is first saved. Enter a number here; don't leave it empty.
