Seller Reporting

Reporting gives a seller a clear, visual picture of how their store is doing — sales, commission, products, and customers — over a date range they choose, with every metric charted against the previous period.

What you'll learn

  • What each report covers
  • How to read and filter the charts
  • How to drill in and export

Sales

Open Reporting → Sales. Pick a date range (and channel, if you have more than one) and see headline figures — each as a card with its current value, the percentage change versus the previous period (green up, red down), and an over-time chart comparing the two periods.

Seller sales report

Sales metrics include Total Sales, Total Commission Paid, Average Order Value, Total Orders, a purchase funnel, abandoned carts, refunds, tax collected, and top payment methods. Each card's View Details opens a breakdown table you can export.

Products and customers

Alongside sales, Reporting breaks performance down by product and by customer:

Seller product report
  • Products — total sold quantities, wishlist adds, top sellers by revenue and by quantity, and the products with the most reviews.
  • Customers — total customers, and your customers with the most sales, most orders, and most reviews, plus your top customer groups.

Every report respects the date-range picker and can be exported for offline analysis.

TIP

Compare the same range month over month to see whether a change — a new listing, a promotion, or a price cut — actually moved your numbers.
