The Sellers screen decides whether new sellers need your approval, whether their shops are public, and what they can do with their orders.

Go to Configure >> Marketplace >> Sellers.

Registration & Visibility

Setting	What it does
Approval Required	New sellers start as Disapproved and can't sign in until you approve them. This applies to sellers who sign up themselves and to sellers you add. When off, new sellers are approved straight away.
Show Publicly	Makes seller shop pages public. When off, shop pages can't be opened, the Sold By link is hidden on product pages, the featured sellers are hidden, and sellers lose the Visit Shop button in their panel.
Can View Customers	Lets sellers see customer email addresses and order locations. When off, these are masked in the seller's orders, customers, reviews and reports, and the customer's addresses, shipping method and payment method are hidden on the seller's order page.

Setting	What it does
Can Create Invoice	Shows the Invoice button on the seller's order page.
Can Create Shipment	Shows Schedule Pickup on the seller's orders and order page.
Can Cancel Order	Shows the Cancel button on the seller's order page and lets sellers cancel their items.
Enable Minimum Order Amount	Lets each seller have a minimum order amount. The Minimum Order Amount field appears on the seller's profile. When a customer's items from that seller add up to less, the cart shows Minimum order amount for … is: … and the customer can't check out until they add more.

Setting	What it does
Max File Upload Size	The largest file, in MB, a seller can upload for profile fields and for the image ZIP in bulk upload. Leave it empty to allow 10 MB.
